Mrs. Pritchett is a proud native of Dawson County.  Growing up in Dawson County, she was able to experience firsthand the incredible impact that this community and Dawson County Schools can have on the lives of young people.  She has centered her career on providing that same positive experience for students. 
In her seventeen years in education, she has served as a teacher at both the high school and middle school level, as an Instructional Technology Coach, and most recently as the Assistant Principal of Curriculum at Dawson County Junior High.
Mrs. Pritchett’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brenau University.  She also obtained her Educational Specialist Degree from the University of Georgia.
Mrs. Pritchett is married to Daniel Pritchett, also of Dawsonville, and they have three daughters, Adlee, Avery, and Ada.  Mrs. Pritchett loves spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling, and serving in her local church.
